Managed IT Services in Brisbane

The Logan City Recreational & Sporting Club ("Rec Club") has been using the services and support of KeyTech stretching back to 2007 when they were known to me then as Key Communications. Not once in that time have I had an issue with their quality, support, price, advice, warranty or personnel. In my experience, this rarely happens over such a long period of time, and it is a credit to KeyTech that they have been able to do it.

From the 2000's through to the 2010's, KeyTech installed and maintained the club's PABX and Analogue Phone Systems. This included a significant upgrade to equipment and handsets.
In more recent years, they have been of enormous help in the transition from analogue to digital and the arrival of the NBN, which as most businesses would know is a very difficult and frustrating process. We now have a very stable system and I feel it has more to do with KeyTech than Telstra or NBN Co.

Over the past 6 months I have also had assistance from the provisioning team at KeyTech (thank you Trish!) in migrating our various phone numbers/ownership across to a new business entity. This too was a difficult and time-consuming process made easier by the KeyTech team.
I cannot recommend KeyTech enough, and I look forward to their ongoing work and support.

Every one of their technicians has been knowledgeable and assisted us in our phone needs. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Neil in particular has been coming to our site for 9+ years and always solves any issues the first time around. Also, a special mention to Adam, the BDM, who is not into a quick sale at all, but gave us an honest and fair appraisal of our phone needs.

The solution was quick and is now not only cost beneficial but scalable, with a strong after sales component which is rare in this industry.

I made contact and had my requests sorted within an 1 hour. Key Technologies was a champion and sorted my issues.

Their team is experienced, patient and prompt to help with any IT request. With Key Technologies' support, we now have confidence that our computer and telephone systems are compliant, up to date and safe.

Our business has been working together with Key Technologies for roughly 14 years now. KeyTech has taken the time to understand our business needs, suggesting products that suit our needs accordingly.

The friendly, pro-active approach delivered by Warren had sorted it all out now one account for everything. Now we can get the best from Telstra at all times. You can’t get any better service.

I certainly appreciate the ease of the website for updates, but where it counts is when clients comment how easily they've navigated themselves around the site, and they make those same comments.

Key Technologies has provided an excellent service in web design and setting up our emails and listing our website so people can find us.

Managing our fleet of over 50 mobile devices has never been easier thanks to the friendly and pro-active approach of the team at Key Technologies,  who have helped us contain our costs even though our fleet has more than doubled in size.
