Not applicable to customers on our support plans:

Services / Billing

From $75 + GST.
All adds, moves, and changes on Telstra accounts, services and billing, for example: Change of lessee, relocation work, billing issues, modifications, and Telstra faults.

Technical Support

Remote from $75 + GST. On-site from $140 + GST per hour.
All adds, moves, changes and tasks require a technician to address issues such as: Faulty Telstra lines, faulty equipment not covered by warranty, and faulty infrastructure including cabling, points and racks.
